ScreenCraft is an offline desktop app. It has no accounts and no telemetry.

Network use
Besides the optional model download, the app asks screencraft.mdnlabs.dev once at startup whether a newer version exists. That request contains the app version and nothing else, and it can be switched off in About, Privacy & Updates. If a newer version exists the app tells you and offers a download link. It never downloads or installs updates by itself.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your projects. See the privacy policy for the website.
Recording other people
Laws about recording screens, audio and video vary. You are responsible for getting any consent required before recording other people or confidential content.
